”i loved everything about the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. the virtual check-in was different but still easy. very walkable, about 5 min to jarvis station to get downtown or to other areas! the hotel room and common areas were very clean as well. free parking was the cherry on top!”

”Not a great stay, unfortunately. While the location is nice, the hotel looks a bit dated - the full-floor carpeting or something else causes the place to smell mouldy. My shower only had one mode, which was a hard spray, and my toilet clogged up twice in a 3 day stay.”

”The first room that was assigned to us was terrible; small, looked like a basement although it was on 3rd floor, had only ugly white lighting! Luckily the staff listened to our complaints and changed it immediately to a normal room. The staff was kind and polite. Our room was clean. Breakfast had a rich menu. However, there was no complimentary water bottles (we were told that the hotel ran out of water). They were being sold though.”

”I just booked a room for a place to rest my head, because I had to be at a conference the next morning. I honestly thought it was overpriced, but it was the cheapest place I came across. The check in process took a while to get my key. The Inn policy was NO SMOKING and fees would be charged if you smoked in the room, they even charged me another $100 for a deposit, to make sure we didn't smoke. To get some sleep it was alright, I I wouldn't book a room to stay in for a week.”

”The TV didn’t work, there was a closet with no rack, just an empty closet, no hand soap only a small bottle of shampoo, no hair dryer. The bed was fine but there were burn holes in the blanket which was just a sheet and a duvet COVER, no actual comforter. This was insanely disappointing for what I paid. Absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy”

”It was a 2 days stay with my daughter. Hotel is in a walking distance to restaurants. I felt safe driving back to the hotel late night with my daughter. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. It is a very nice hotel. It is a 30 minutes drive to downtown.”
