”I loved the convenience of the location to Loyola university. It was walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive. I loved that there were snack and breakfast left out in the kitchen for guest to consume at their leisure. What I did not like was the steep long stairs to get up to the rooms. ”i loved everything about the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. the virtual check-in was different but still easy. very walkable, about 5 min to jarvis station to get downtown or to other areas! the hotel room and common areas were very clean as well. free parking was the cherry on top!”

”Much better than expected based on reviews I read before I booked. Larger room than expected. Clean. Comfortable bed. Well maintained. Old-fashioned but charming. Nice area.”

”Not a great stay, unfortunately. While the location is nice, the hotel looks a bit dated - the full-floor carpeting or something else causes the place to smell mouldy. My shower only had one mode, which was a hard spray, and my toilet clogged up twice in a 3 day stay.”

The Addison Red Line stop is a 5 minute walk from the location. Two key observations to share. First, you will not talk to an actual person when you visit. ”The TV didn’t work, there was a closet with no rack, just an empty closet, no hand soap only a small bottle of shampoo, no hair dryer. The bed was fine but there were burn holes in the blanket which was just a sheet and a duvet COVER, no actual comforter. This was insanely disappointing for what I paid. Absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy”

”I just booked a room for a place to rest my head, because I had to be at a conference the next morning. I honestly thought it was overpriced, but it was the cheapest place I came across. The check in process took a while to get my key. The Inn policy was NO SMOKING and fees would be charged if you smoked in the room, they even charged me another $100 for a deposit, to make sure we didn't smoke. To get some sleep it was alright, I I wouldn't book a room to stay in for a week.”
