”There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.”

”Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.”

”The room was clean, the property is just an old property that really needs some renovations and updates. Not having an elevator would be an issue for a lot of people.”

”Very disappointing experience. For a hotel belonging to such a well-known chain, it was surprising that guests could not even receive complimentary drinking water. What made the situation worse was seeing airline crew members receive welcome kits that included water. When I asked why they received water and regular paying guests did not, I was told it was because the hotel has a contract with the airline. As a paying customer, that response made me feel undervalued, as if my business mattered...
