”Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.”

”There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.”

”Supposed to be non smoking room first thing I saw in room was an ashtray. Faucets in shower leaked so bad I burned my foot. Bar soap was from best Western hotels and no shampoo or conditioner. No elevator either and room on 3rdAll this and more for the bargain price of $378 for 2 nights. Room was clean.”

”Had to run the shower 4-5 minutes before water turned warm. Light bulb burned out on bedside lamp. Mattress uncomfortable- not enough support. Curtains not thick enough to block out bright lights from across the street. Need a small refrigerator in each room.”

”Location is close to the airport, ideal is you’re looking to stay nearby. Hotel is very clean, modern, staff very helpful and cheerful. Would definitely stay here again”

”Hardly any beers were available at the lobby Shop. A can of local beer cost $7.61. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was absolutely abysmal. You can’t out on your makeup except by the bedroom window in the daytime. The water pressure at the sink is quite low, so it’s hard to wash up. Signage for the Restaurant would be nice. The staff were very nice and helpful.”

”I have stayed at other Drury Inn locations before, including one in St. Louis that set a very high standard, so I came into this stay with positive expectations. Unfortunately, this location felt a couple of levels below what I’ve come to expect from the Drury brand. The staff was courteous and check-in was smooth, but the overall property felt dated and not as well maintained as other Drury locations I’ve visited.
