”Hotel is immaculate. The staff is friendly & accommodating. Jeanine in the cafe is such a sweet person & the food was delicious!”

”Rooms were dated but clean. Mini fridge was VERY loud. We only needed a place to rest our heads which it was perfect for, but probably wouldn’t want to have an extended stay here.”

”The breakfast was pretty standard for that type of place but they had no fresh fruit and they ran out of coffee for about 10 minutes during breakfast so that was a bit disappointing”

”A few things to note: first, the room we stayed in is typically $109 a night- they marked it up to $400 over graduation weekend. This is not a $400/night property. There is no elevator to the second floor- just a full flight of stairs and long hallways. The hallways also had a very strong odor. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were cold and minimal- cereal, yogurt, and pastries. There were no hot food and very limited protein options.”

”I’ve been to several 3rd world countries and this place reminded me of all of them. The pictures on the website are, deceptive, and I’m being kind. If you make the same mistake that I made and stay here, bring a bar of soap because they don’t provide one. No, I’m not kidding (that was the answer I got when I called the front desk). ”This hotel was a good value for our one night stay compared to the other hotels in the same area that were more expensive. The staff were very friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything. There is a restaurant and bar onsite which was nice. The hotel needs an update as the decor is outdated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Located close to Mohegan Sun Casino.”

”very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we...
