”Fun experience”

”Despite verifying with Expedia and Rodeway Inn customer service that we booked a room with 2 beds, we were given 1 king bed. Front desk was very unprofessional and nasty when asked why. They blamed Expedia and then proceeded to say Rodeway Inn customer service and Expedia were “full of shxx” when I told them that it was confirmed that the front desk changed the reservation. I have never had any issues booking any hotels with Expedia. Bathroom was disgusting and unusable. Towels were disgusting...

”Breakfast buffet and the lovely staff who stocked it were wonderful! The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating and were so sweet to my granddaughter when they found out it was her birthday. My only negatives - I had a five-night stay and never got housekeeping service. So had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. The air conditioning unit in the room was sporadically super noisy and the light in the bathroom would flicker and flash.”

”Okay for a one night stay in order to be near family we were visiting. Room smelled musty, bathroom was good sized and seemed clean but room itself felt a bit shabby. Front desk staff member when we checked in was polite enough but not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.”

”The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again.”

”Rooms were spacious and clean, its pet friendly, They have great coffee shops near by and grocery stores very convenient location.”

”Staff is great. Very kind and willing to help. This is a solid stay if you’re looking for the basics done very well. If you’re looking for luxury of function… you might pass. Perfect for people traveling with a dog or two. There is a large field adjacent to the parking lot which makes potty time very convenient. Overall we loved the place because it was located well, quiet, clean and comfortable. Rooms are small. 👍”
