”Beth is a wonderful Host. Excellent communication, very accommodating, friendly, kind and caring. The Caretaker Cottage was clean and well stocked. Enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets, lightning bug shows, and the beef cattle grazing next to the cottage. The birds chirping are such a delight. It's comforting that the cottage is pet friendly ”

”We have stayed here before and always enjoy it. Perfect location. It is 19 blocks from Broadway. Close enough to downtown to enjoy it and far enough to forget about it when it’s time to relax. Very close to many amenities. Very clean cottage and a friendly host. We consider this our Nashville home.”

”Clean home. Hosts were good communicators. My daughter broke out from the blankets, so I’m not sure if a cat had been on them or if they just needed to be washed.”

”Property was clean inside and out, easy to find, and the host was easy to reach. The WiFi signal was slightly weak, possibly due to the rainy weather ??? That didn’t interfere with our stay as it was just an overnight stop.”
