He assured me that I would be refunded for the stay as I was unable to remain there. I commented him on trying his best. There is a lack of cleanliness that I’m accustomed too when paying a premium rate.”

”There’s no one there to meet you there’s no one there to help you. You have to do everything by key codes and passes to some people they might think that’s great. For me I couldn’t open my emails because I have a Canadian account and for some reason it wasn’t working. I found a lovely cleaning lady and she helped me. ”Perfect for what we needed! The sheets were clean, the shower was hot, and the pool was clear and functional. While there are not a lot of "extras," the basics are solid. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the pool itself was heated. The rooms looked like they had been recently updated.
