”Absolute dump. Don't be misled by the photos. I was hesitant at first to book a room because of the low price plus not being a national chain. But the photos on Expedia made the place appear OK so I booked 2 nights through Expedia. (I should note that I also had to pre-pay for both nights). Frankly, for the price I didn't expect much but this hotel didn't even live up to those low expectations. Immediately upon arrival I had my doubts but it was late and I had already pre-paid for two nights...

”The pool was a disappointment. Circulation of water was poor and water had a slimey feel to it. Lighting in bathroom was in permanent on position making it hard to sleep in the room. Coffee maker did not work. Property was not able to get it fixed during our stay. Seemed to have poor communication between shifts. ”

”There were a lot of people appearing to live there. There were lights not working in public bathroom and the door to the stall hanging by the hinges. Lots of people slamming doors at night and the smell of pot permeated the hall. Had gone down a lot since previous stays”

”We were not happy about the cleanliness of the room as housekeeping left a dirty towel in the bathroom and when we went up to the front desk they told us they would take care of it right away. We went to a concert and came back to the same dirty towel being in our bathroom. Our room was never cleaned in between night stays and trash was overflowing in room( trash cans are tiny) Had to request clean towels from front desk as we had no maid service . ”Hotel is under construction - dry wall etc.. Workers were still present and making noise upon our arrival at 6pm. Rooms are dated. Bath tubs are old so looked stained. Pool was great though. Warm. Stayed with kids. ”

”Nice place, staff is great, disappointed with the coffee maker and the coffee in the Lobby, but it is very difficult to brew good coffee in most hotels, great location for going to the American Music Theatre, the physical changes at the stores in the area is very obvious.”
