Beyond the snug, both the dining and sitting rooms boast wood burners, perfect for those cosy nights in beside a crackling fire. The beautiful gardens and grounds include an orchard, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and fire pit, as well as a hot tub! Green Farm is also a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two medium sized dogs.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 11 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 10. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

There are small steps into the house, uneven flagstone flooring, steep stairs and sloping ceilings, exposed low beams and restricted head height throughout the second floor
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Green Farm has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 21:00
The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us
