”Newer hotel and convenient to get to off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast area and good selection. From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. ”

”The hotel was recently remodeled and they were still working on the main floor. Our room on the second floor was fantastic with carpet that still had a “new” smell, as well as updated bathroom features. The breakfast was one of the best that we have seen in our travels. I saved this hotel for future travels!”

”Breakfast wasn't what you would expect. They had bagels and a yogurt bar i guess you would say. Cold cereal and packaged oatmeal and fruit. Thought you might see a waffle maker and maybe some hot food. But at least they had coffee and good creamer. The yogurt bar was really good and they had granola which helped. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lighting outside was hanging by wires and just propped up by the sidewalk. Very bright when you tried to walk by cause it was angled upward and...

”The TV, microwave and refrigerator in my room did not work and the sink did not drain. It was disgusting. Not to mention when we returned from our event that night the entire hotel smelled like sewer. I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. ”

”The room was clean and there is good hanging and storage. The facility is very well managed. They have a laundry room and coffee bar. Have stayed several nights and sleep like a baby- comfy bed!”

”Surprisingly nice room within walking distance of the airport. Also really quiet considering how close it is to the airport. I had to check out earlier than breakfast started so not able to comment on the breakfast.”

”The customer service was rotten. I requested a late check out via text, because they were texting me numerous times about the stay etc. I asked 3 times and never got a response. I then just checked out at the regular 11am and the guy at the counter was clueless. The place is not well run. When I checked in, I was barely acknowledged. I won't stay here again.”
