”Lacked cleanliness (hair was throughout the bathroom floor and counter), old outdated room, odor in room”

”overall not bad but the bathroom pocket door was horribly scratched -- the floor molding was scratched by the vacuuming and the sofa was old ----- look like some things were updated and were fine and others just let go a bit too long”

”I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Parsippany and was shocked to find out there was a $17 fee for parking. It did not say this on the website. I think it is ridiculous that someone who already paying for the room would need to pay for parking on top if that. For that reason I would never stay there again.”

”No door key I had to be let in by the night clerk as so once I was in the room I couldn’t leave, I was downgraded from a Queen to 2 twins because they were overbooked even though I had a reservation. The person on duty was as helpful as possible. Just seemed as if they overbooked and didn’t inform the night clerk .”

”Older clean hotel, that is in a convenient location. Hotel was quiet. One lamp in a our room was missing light bulbs, otherwise the place is worthy of another stay”

”Great hotel!!! The staff were very helpful. The rooms were absolutely lovely and big and CLEAN!!!!!! Breakfast was great and plentiful. Definitely will stay there again. My son has move to the area and when we a hotel room this will be our go to place.”

”Rooms are decent for the price point. Low review is due to hotels unwillingness to work with you if you book through expedia. We had a change in plans that resulted in 3 unused nights for 3 rooms. I made the staff aware ahead of time of the change and they said no problem. Now they told expedia they would not refund the rooms for the unused nights even with the advanced notice.”

The room was generally clean, though there were a few details that could use more attention, like the carpet and curtains, which had some stains.
