”Cathy was very friendly and the site is very welcoming. She invited us to meet her horses while staying, which our son loved, and brought us fresh fruit during our stay. The site is quiet, peaceful and pet friendly. We were in a large 13'6" high super C and found it easy to enter and exit the site even at 39' feet while towing a 25" trailer. We will be back.”

”When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. .”

”Very nicely decorated 3/2 manufactured home! Really loved the layout and the master suite is massive! That shower, tub, and bedroom is sooooo nice! However, I think the water is well water or reclaimed and has a funky smell, but thats the only complaint. It's on a dirt road that I don't think is mentioned, but that dirt is well packed to bring a trailer across.”

”Clean, nicely appointed house with nice amenities. All the little extras you did not think or forgot to bring. A small charcoal grill, wood for fire pit, even fishing poles for the pond! The massage chair and retro style video game arcade are nice touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was responsive to questions and attended to every detail. Would definitely stay here again!”
