”New owners were taken over, so the place was kind of rundown. The room was definitely clean. The staff was friendly, but definitely definitely almost like the Bates Motel.”

”It was a quick trip and only needed a place to stay for 1 night and it did the trick. Front desk super friendly. We did not use the amenities but the pool looked nice. The room was clean. In order to get to the back of one of the buildings that our room was in you had to walk through this hallway which was very hot and didn ’t look well maintained but that’s pretty much rhetorical only negative.”

”My husband and I have stayed here for the past 3 years when we visit Kittery. We love the little balconies and the convenience of having a kitchen. There is always plenty to choose from for breakfast.
Kittery Inn and Suites is also centrally located with easy access to Portland, NH. It is also a very peaceful place. The pool is awesome too.”

”The only thing I did not like was we needed things for our room like clean towels and we had to go to the office several times to ask for them. But everyone there were most helpful and very very friendly absolutely the best staff ever 😁”

”The location was great right off the highway very close to shopping centers. Overall, the hotel has a pool but is not useful. There were a few flaws in the room. I asked a hotel staff about a refrigerator. I was told you get what you pay for that I could not respond to that comment. I feel that for the price I paid for the room. I should have had a refrigerator and a little bit more of an explanation other than you get what you pay for.”

”Considering the price I paid for two days, the place really needs a lot of repairs; on top of that, they charge you for everything—even a $10 deposit for the keys, which you don't get back. I feel that, at the very least as a courtesy, they could have coffee or something available for guests in the office. All in all, I won't be booking there again.”
