Leebotwood Hotellit

”The hotel was lovely but the lift sounded like it was u n need of maintenance”

”The service in the breakfast was great and helpful but products were ran out all the time. Staff was young overall and seemed unefficient. Room was beautiful and surrounding nice countryside, peaceful and pretty.”

”Lovely property -- a lot of stais to get to rooms, but a very nice location”

”The property is 400 yrs old so expect things to be uneven. The current owners have only been there a few years so maybe they still have work to do. The bedrooms are described on the website as "stylish "....I would say plain. The bedding was clean, bathroom ok but it was difficult to get the shower to the right temperature...it was either boiling or cold. Room 5 had a frosted window but it was hot so we had it open. ”The staff were very helpful & we had an excellent cooked breakfast.”

”Everything needed for a cosy, relaxing stay. Will book again.”

”I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again.”

”Property was beautiful. Fixtures & fittings high quality. Parking free and easy access into the Town Centre on foot.”

”Friendly helpful staff in a lovely setting.😊”

”Great location for a place to stay in Shrewsbury. Abbey Foregte is close enough to the town centre for walking in, but quiet enough for staying. Parking was plentiful at the weekend. Room had everything you needed - plenty of tea & coffee, as well as corkscrew and wine glasses 😉. Would recommend staying here.”

”Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.”

”It was fine, nice surroundings and quiet”

”Just got home after a lovely stay at Rowton Castle. The staff were amazing could not do enough for you. Food was good and excellently presented. The grounds were amazingly kept. First visit but definitely not the last.”
