”Clean, well equipped, perfectly located and amazing service! ”

”Absolutely faultless. The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. There was a desk and (joy!) a desklamp - so often not provided in hotels these days. I stayed for three nights and could have done so for...

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”Great staff. Lovely breakfast in room for £5 tray charge (booked room rate with breakfast included). Central location but what let's it down was the loud music blasting all night outside till way after midnight. We were on the fifth floor and it was so loud I couldn't sleep. ”

”Fabulous new hotel and lovely room. Room was warm though with no opening windows and fresh air. AC wouldn’t stay on so may be a teething problem. Room was fabulous apart from that. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm which was disappointing. Plenty of choice. ”

”The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to walk to many attractions such as the Trinity Market and The Royal Armory Museum. The staff were friendly and ready to help. The breakfast buffet included many hot breakfast items, as well as pastries, yogurts, and cereals. The gym overlooks the courtyard and was well equipped. ”

”Perfect for a cheap, central and comfortable one night stay. The room was big enough for one person for a night. The bed was comfortable, and black out curtains did the job well. I would stay again for a business trip. My only negative was arriving and asking for dinner at 20.10 to be told they only had one chef and he was too busy to make any more food. ”
