”Excellent hotel in the city centre, second time we stayed there in recent months and already booked again for next January. Facilities second to none, great studio rooms if you want to self cater but don’t miss the well-stocked breakfast buffet! Staff super friendly… overall 5 stars!!”

”Newly refurbished and nicely done. Overall the hotel is a 5 out of 5. Breakfast used good quality ingredients, but staff were overwhelmed at what was clearly a peak time- hash browns still frozen solid in the middle and most other items cold. Unhelpful lady on Sunday morning too- I asked where the eggs were and was told they were "over there" when they clearly weren't. It would have taken her 2 extra seconds to help. Maybe just a bad day. Also parking isn't really an option as advertised....

”Very nice hotel and lovely breakfast too. We were with a toddler so cautious about the noise as there were many reviews about high noise level. When we close the windows, it didn’t bother us. It’s so close to many good restaurants and attractions. So we loved it.”

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”It’s not my first time staying at this hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint. I booked a king size room which was as expected. Everything you would expect in the room; hairdryer, nice towels, hot drink facilities, nice bathroom with a decent shower, and body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The staff as always were friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. I purchased breakfast, one evening meal taken to my room and wine, all of which were of good quality with careful...

”Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

”Dirty bathroom, air conditioning didn’t work and the room was advised with a balcony which wasn’t a proper balcony with being a corner room its was tiny. The place was under renovation. Just poor wouldn’t stay there ever again.”

”Good communication. Friendly staff. Excellent room - very comfortable with excellent amenities. The bed was very very comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous with a great shower and toiletries available. Excellent location - central to the city centre.”
