Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to 2 private double bedrooms and bathroom as well as a kitchen and living space that is shared with other guests.

We ask that guests are respectful of others and keep communal areas clean.

• Burley Park train station is around a 20-minute walk or a short taxi ride away

• Leeds train station can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car



Getting Around:

With local amenities within walking distance and regular transport connections nearby, getting around Headingley and travelling into Leeds is straightforward.



• Regular bus services from nearby Otley Road reach central Leeds in around 20 minutes

• Burley Park train station is approximately a 20-minute walk or a short taxi ride away

• Leeds train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by car

• A range of local amenities can easily be reached on foot



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware the rooms are re-purposed student accommodation, however no students are present in the particular building.



We manage a number of rooms in this block, the unit presented represents our typical shared apartment, however this layout may differ slightly.



Check in is between 3.00pm and 10.00pm

Check out is at 10.00am

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.



Late check-in fees:

For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.

For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.



If you lose the keycard provided upon check-in there will be a £20 charge to replace it.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
