”We were checked in by a very polite and friendly young lady who gave us full information about the hotel
We spoke with her again later when a further family member checked in and she had allocated them and adjoining room - such a classy act as the other guest is around 80 years old

”Wonderful welcome for us and our Golden Retriever, lovely room and glorious food and service. we LOVE coming to this cosy but classy hotel, not to mention the added bonus of the pool, sauna and hot tub! We will be back next year!”

”Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. ”
