”We enjoyed a wonderful stay on a recent snowy weekend in Shepherdstown. The manager host was responsive to our questions, and the unit itself was comfortable and well-stocked. We particular enjoyed the location, only a brief walk from the charming main strip, where we enjoyed meals and snowy walks. Made for a delightful weekend escape!”

”Great location for all we wanted to see around town. Apt was perfectly sized for us. Lots of ceiling lights and windows to counterbalance a basement apt lighting challenges. Comfy couch- maybe it could be a sleeper to allow for a little extra sleeping space? Hosts were great at communicating with us. Can’t wait to visit again in warmer weather!”

”We stayed here for our grandson’s HS graduation. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, quiet and comfortable. Owner communication was excellent! The views and wildlife made it extra special. We visited a local winery about 2 miles away - Three Creeks Winery - delicious wine and delightful proprietors. Highly recommend staying here if you are lucky enough to get the chance.”

”I’ve absolutely loved staying at this place. The basement is very modern and clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. My favorite part of my stay was getting to see the acres of land. It’s such a beautiful scenery especially at sunset. The farm is in the backyard and I got to see the chickens and goats, and had some beautiful friendly farm cats around too. Definitely will come back to stay again!”

”A great use of an apartment, small but adequate and sleeps quite a few. Porch was optimum for relaxing outside, was even a farmers market in the next lot over with acoustic music, couldn't have been more chill.”

”I stayed here with my sister & best friend for a girls’ weekend getaway for one night. The location was great. Just a 3 minute walk to The Barn (pretty much the only spot open later in the area). The host was kind enough to allow us to continue parking my car at the property after our checkout so we could walk down to the historical area of Harpers Ferry to explore & shop before heading home. Saved us the headache of looking for & paying for parking. It is a hike to walk down & back to HF, but...

”The place was clean and easy to find. We loved being able to use the washer machine and it was nice that they had soap and laundry detergent available. Wish they would have had salt and pepper available.”

”We really enjoyed staying here. Fun little town to visit. Very close to the C&O Canal. We did some hiking but I want to come back again to bike along the trail. Just a note: in the bedroom there is a staircase above and you can hear people walking on it. But, we didn't notice after we went to sleep so not a problem.”
