Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. ”Was it clean, quiet, roach free, and have a hot shower? YES Was everything new and pristine? For the price if you were expecting that…go to the place down the way that’s double the rate. But it was great! The carpet in the hall needs replaced, some things needed updating but overall it is far better than I normally get for the price!! I travel a bunch and this was a pleasant surprise for the cost, clean and hot shower, and bonus there is food, not extensive… cereal, bagels, juice, waffles,...
