”The host was attentive to our request before arrival, and again on the first day. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated. It feels like a museum of fine art. The upstairs bathroom with shower is really nice. There is a powder room downstairs. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need, and more! ”This cute little cottage (a converted carriage house) was perfect for my stay in Harper's Ferry. The cottage was well maintained, clean and cozy. I would definitely stay there again - particularly if I came in a car (it is near the top of a tall hill, and I came by bike off the C&O towpath, which was a climb!). Notes: (1) there are two rentals with the same address, a house and this carriage house out back. I had a mildly embarrassing moment when I showed up and tried to enter the wrong house....
