This 100 sqm first-floor house features three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—accommodating up to five guests. The spacious living room connects to a hallway, and the large kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast or light meals. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine, and electric water heater.



The house offers central air conditioning and fans in each room. Each room is fitted with either a screen door or a screened window for mosquito protection and ventilation. There are four balconies surrounding the house, each furnished with a dining table and armchairs. The western balconies provide views of Agios Ioannis beach, while the eastern balconies overlook the mountain or lagoon.



Amenities include a TV with satellite connection and complimentary WiFi. The terrace at the entrance features a table and armchairs, and there is parking available in a naturally shaded area near the entrance. Access to the house is via stairs. Guests can also enjoy the garden, which offers a BBQ area with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after visiting the nearby sea, just 100 meters away.



Smoking is permitted only outside, on the balconies or terrace. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
