For those that want to escape the sun, not only can you relax in 2700m² of grounds shaded by some of the oldest olive trees on the island, you can kick back in the cinema room and select a movie from the large library of DVDs offering entertainment for all ages.

An infinity pool along with two separate alfresco dining areas and outdoor BBQ kitchen, ensure that guests can soak up the stunning scenery at all times of the day and from all aspects of the villa. Sun worshippers will enjoy the various sunbathing platforms equipped with comfortable, adjustable sunbeds as well as more shaded areas offering hammock or lounge seating, designed for ultimate relaxation. Two outdoor showers also offer the chance to wash off or cool down with a view of the ocean or guests can enjoy a peaceful escape with a book or yoga mat in the shady gardens among the olive trees.

With 160 m² of living space and 2700 m² of landscaped grounds, Villa Arkoudi offers a unique retreat providing ample space for relaxation and accommodation for up to 8 guests. With four bedrooms, each offering sea views and ensuite facilities, the villa is perfectly organized with plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

Outdoors:
Parking: Drive into a parking area surrounded by olive trees, setting the tone for a serene, nature-filled stay. More parking is available at rear of the property, offering direct entry to the grounds below.

South Terrace: A large 8-person table alongside a coal and gas barbecue, food preparation area and outdoor sink, makes it perfect for al fresco dining.


North Terrace: Enjoy views of the 9x4 infinity pool from the veranda with another large table and four benches offering more outdoor dining opportunities.

Sun Loungers: Deluxe sun loungers are spread across terracced verandas adjacent to the pool, with beanbags and sofa seating offering plenty of room for basking in the Mediterranean sun.


Leisure Area: Beyond the pool, a dedicated recreation space under beautiful olive trees invites you to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings or get active with dedicated Astro pitch offering badminton, football and volleyball. Table Tennis and floodlit Petanque field also offer more activities that can be enjoyed into the evening. Gym equipment is available upon request.

Ground Floor:


Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, outside oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge, and a Nespresso coffee maker—ideal for preparing delicious meals.


Open Layout: The kitchen opens into the dining room and living room, creating a fluid, open-concept space for guests to enjoy.


Living Room: The living area features a fire stove, plus floor to ceiling windows commanding breathtaking views of the Ionian sea stretching to the horizon

Middle Bedroom: This ground floor room with a 160x200 bed offers a tranquil view of the pool to one side and a large picture window showcasing the ocean to the other. The en-suite spacious glass framed shower is open to the room benefitting from the view of the sea, with a separate dedicated WC.

Upper Floor:


Master Bedroom: Spacious with an amazing view of the islands, this room features excellent soundproofing for ultimate peace and quiet.
180x200 bed with access to a hydromassage bathtub offering the best view in the house. The bathroom has a washbasin and independent toilet.


Balcony Room: This room offers absolute independence with access to a private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean.
The room is designed with soundproofing for privacy and features a 180x200 bed (which can be converted into two 90x200 beds on request).
The open-plan bathroom includes a spacious shower and wash station both offering stunning views of sea, along with separate dedicated toilet.

Lower Floor:

Garden Bedroom: This room has a 180x200 bed that can be split into two 90x200 beds upon request. Guests can enjoy private access to a private garden terrace with views of the ocean and an outdoor shower. The room has en-suite toilet, shower and washbasin.

Cinema Room: Enjoy a cinematic experience in the dedicated cinema room, featuring a Lumene 240c projection screen (2.5m width x 1.5m height) and a Sony VPL WV projector with a Blu-ray DVD player and extensive DVD library —perfect for movie nights for all the family.

Laundry Area: A designated space with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and sink.
