Located in the south of Lefkada, facing southwest, Villa Buddha sunsets will lure you into the island feel. With a panoramic view which extends from Amousso bay and the southest point of the island, Lefkata cape, to Kefalonia Fiskardo and Ithaki Douri, and up to the small islands of Arkoudi and Atokos, all visible throughout the whole house big glass windows.

#Ground floor
Entering the ground floor, you are found in an open layout living area, looking at the kitchen island and dinner, while a few steps away is the cozy living room. The different levels of the house, give the geometrical minimal architect, a warmness and a feeling of isolation from the rest of the busy areas of the house. The natural light dispersed from the extra large windows, is adding to the positive aesthetic of the house. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking while entertaining with the rest of the group. On the right 2 comfortable ensuite bedrooms with double beds and sea view, complete the ground floor plan.

#First floor
Through the elaborate wooden stairway, you reach the first floor with the spacious master bedroom. Pass though the extra large shower room and toilet area, and enter the glass room with the panoramic view and the king-size bed. Enjoy a bath in the tab, while gazing the infinite blue of the sea. Enjoy the sitting area on the balcony with the nice summer breeze.

#Outside
On the vast terrace, multiple sitting areas will host your company through different hours of the day. The comfortable sofas in the south end of the outside terrace, are well-placed under the shadow of the concrete, offering the much needed comfort. The outside table is perfect for your lunches and dinners, and a smaller sitting area is also available a few meters further. But the ultimate spot is the long swimming pool of 16.5 x 3.8 meters, with smooth entrance through steps and depth 1.40m through the whole length, it is just perfect for swimming. An outside shower is also available before and after swimming. At night, light the fire pit and sit around the fire with your wine and beverages at hand, and let the perfect memories imprint forever in your minds.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
