”This was an unusually poor hotel. It started with the front desk staff that couldn't have been more unwelcoming. We aren't particular about having room service clean the room, but the desk said they would. They didn't. Different desk staff said they would after three nights. They didn't. Finally, after four nights they cleaned the room. On each of the previous nights, I would have to talk to the unwelcoming front desk and respectfully ask for fresh towels and more coffee. ”The warm welcome set the tone for my stay. Jeff, at the front desk, suggested a very good restaurant since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The hotel layout and decor was colorful and inviting. The room was great, with whimsical touches with functional decor and bright colors. The house staff was professional and friendly too. When traveling in the future, I’ll be sure to look for a Tru hotel.”

”Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. ”Clean and well maintained”

”I would rate this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars. It was an affordable option, but unfortunately housekeeping did not seem to keep up with the property. The cleaning appeared very basic, and the building is clearly showing signs of wear and tear over time. We stayed for a week and barely saw any other guests during our stay. I was disappointed to notice dirt and dust building up around the headboards, chairs, and bench seating in our room. There were also small spots of mold visible on the ceiling,...

”We would absolutely book this hotel again. We had two suites. Just a small FYI the suite with the two queen beds is much larger than the studio suite with one king. We loved having connecting suites. The amenities were amazing. We took advantage of all the things the hotel had to offer, and it really made our stay so amazing.”

”Place was okay, not as nice as the photos. Room was fine, I did find random hairs on the bed and in the bathroom from the previous person staying there which was a little gross. The women who checked me in was very sweet. I got to the breakfast right at 7am the eggs were gone and the gravy was cold.”
