”Breakfast was definitely missing sausages. Other wise everything was good. Girl in front desk talked too fast didn't understand her. Ac room was on the whole night but still was hot. Kept waking up.”

”Each of the staff members with whom i interacted was very helpful and professional. The carpet was very wet in first room that I was assigned. I contacted the front desk and Angela apologized and immediately assigned another room with an upgrade. Apparently the carpet had been cleaned in the first room and it had not been designated as out of service in the system. The room was clean, quiet and in excellent condition and there was a good variety of hot and cold foods for breakfast. Overall...

”Elevator needed vacuuming and stainless steel wiped down. Light out in bathroom and told staff, but bulb not replaced. Housekeeping opened our room without knocking!! Don’t know why, as didnt ask for room to be cleaned and you must tell front desk anyway first! New employee from Oregon, had just started 4 days before. He was so kind, and I hope he remains an employee for a long time. He was extremely kind and understanding! Thank you for hiring this gentleman!”

”super welcoming & sweet staff & our stay was great! Breakfast didn’t have the best options, but it was still good!”

”did what i needed it to do; no complaints”
