”Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. ”We very much enjoyed this stay. The house was perfect size for the two of us and very very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening when we got back from the Biltmore. Wish we could enjoyed more time at this stay as this was a quick trip. We would definitely recommend and would book again if we were in the area.”

”Everything seemed clean but unfortunately we did see several roaches and a few other bugs. Also I really want people to know that this is not a kid friendly place. There is a steep flight of stairs that is just open to the apartment. So small children cannot be put down unless left in a room. So that wasn’t very convenient. The owner was very nice and communicative. So I appreciated that.”
