”The hotel was clean,fresh & modern looking with excellent facilities. Comfortable beds & pillows. Was a little bit too hot in room & you couldn't open the windows any further due to the restraint at the bottom of the window. Some sort of air conditioning or fan would be nice especially n the room during the hot summer days as it's difficult to get off to sleep in the heat.The staff are all helpful & very pleasant. ”Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Our only change would be not to have dogs staying; one dog howled for a good while at 7.30 am on the sunday: I think guests had...

”Good comfortable bed and spacious room/suite. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Not so good, allocated wrong room type, corrected when raised with the hotel. Correct room had very obvious damage which no attempt had been made to repair, when raised was told no other rooms available with an apology.”

”Oikein hieno hotelli ja lähes kaikki meni putkeen. Todella mukava henkilökunta. Yhtä siivousta ei vaan saatu sopimaan aikatauluun vaikka oltiin melkein koko päivä pois huoneesta. Hotellin sijainti on huippu. Alue täynnä ravintoloita joka lähtöön ja ratikka vie shoppailemaan. Aulabaari on todella hieno ja palvelu priimaa.”
