”Arrived 30 minutes before check-in and appreciated we were early. We were told we couldn’t check in as there were others waiting but they would call us when we could and to wait in the bar which is at the reception area. Others left the bar to check in and we were not called. Then people arrived and checked straight in. After this happened a couple of times, I asked if we could check in yet. We could! ”The hotel is undergoing a total refurb after being used to house migrants for the last few years building work was still under way whilst the stayed at the hotel . The hotel is being refurbished to a standard and is clean and tidy , food and overall service levels in the bar area need attention . Perfect place for a 1 night business trip with a good gym and pool ”
