”The host was very friendly, and was eager to supply us with whatever we needed. The cottage was so cute! It looked almost new, with updated light fixtures, and a wonderfully appointed bathroom. It had a huge jetted tub, as well as a walk in shower, with a nice, high shower head and beautiful tile work. The seating and the bed were very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. Each cottage has its own designated parking space (enough for two cars each!), and there is ample space for boat...

”Beautiful view of West Grand Traverse Bay. Crisp clean new sheets of good quality. Table and two chairs in the room created a very nice sitting area plus a comfortable desk chair. Only bad part is that because of the way the fridge and microwave are situated, you cannot see the TV from the sitting area. The TV, by the way, is very nice sized, modern but has no cable TV just free channels. No freezer in the fridge and very limited counter space in the bathroom.”

”We arrived early by 2 hours at had to finish drying sheets. The condo was hot and fan going full speed. Air conditioner did not work. Called host and she said she would have someone come look at it. Never happened. Also host told us she was having trouble with front door lock before we checked in. We could never get door locked ! Made us very nervous and had to leave entire condo unlocked for our stay. Called host and was never addressed. We feel Host knew both problems before we checked...

”Be aware that parking is not on site!!! And adds significant cost and inconvenience. Also be aware this is a virtual experience, and the people you may end up speaking with are not in this country. Check in is quite involved ; uploading drivers license, selfie, etc. It was terrible trying to find parking from instructions. Once I figured all this out, which was really frustrating, I’d be fine with the next virtual experience with Kasa, and I might consider it. Younger generations will find it...
