”Arrived to a dirty unit with weed paraphernalia left out from the previous guest. Instead of handling it before check-in, the host interrupted our stay mid-trip to re-clean completely disrupting our plans. Unacceptable on both counts. Would not return.”

”This has to be the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. It was delightfully clean!! Location is fantastic. Parking easy. A block away is the start of the river walk. It is surrounded by historic homes to stroll through and easy access from the highway. The downtown area is just a few blocks away. Comfortable bed and a cozy clean living room. Everything you need with some extras like snacks and water, bedside multi-chargers. Coffee set up great and nothing that you questioned how old it is....

”We had a great experience at Swanky Retreat. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. The location is next to train tracks, but it wasn't an issue for us because we were awake so it didn't disturb us. Host was very responsive. Location is also close to some really good restaurants just a couple of blocks away.”

”The location was perfect for our stay in Wilmington, a few blocks from the waterfront and Downtown and its numerous restaurants. There was a main water break in corner of the street the night before our last, but it was not communicated to us, we happened to walk by it, so I sent a message to the property manager to let them know (so they could let the other tenant know as well) but never heard back from him/her.
