”I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.”

”Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.”

”The apartment was well stocked and very conveniently located! Will stay here again next time I come to Wilmington!”

”We enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect!”

”The property is very nice and clean. The directions for the parking garage are a little confusing. A little more detail on where it is located would be helpful.”

”We absolutely loved staying in this gorgeous Riverfront condo! The amenities were perfection. The walkability to downtown...perfect. Pink fridge is precious and the bed super comfortable. The view from this condo was spectacular! We would definitely come back!”

”Great room with an awesome view, walkable to downtown spots with free parking.”

”Amazing condo! Easy check in! Condo was extremely clean, spacious and had the most amazing view of Battleship NC & Cape Fear River. This was our first stay in Wilmington and we would definitely stay at this condo again. Parking garage was close by. You can walk to everything, restaurants were close by on the riverwalk.”

”Beautiful place and remarkably quiet while still being in the downtown location!”

”The location was perfect. I got a parking ticket for being 5 minutes late placing the parking pass in the window. We arrived early and paid to park but the parking lot guard had no mercy. The refrigerator did not have a freezer. But the place clean with a great view. Elevators were fast.”

”My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

”Property worked exactly as we were hoping. Enjoyed our stay and the attentive team.”
