"Hyvä hotelli. Hotellissa ei mitään valittamista kaikki toimi ok. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin omassa baarissa livemusiikkia joka ilta. "

"Tämä hotelli on joskus ollut loistava ja uima-allasalue on edelleen upea. Muuten tarvitsee kipeästi remonttia. Ekana päivänä naapurin jätevedet tulvi lavuaarista meidän kylpyhuoneeseen ja myös altaan pohjasta suihkusi vettä lattialle. Uskoivat ongelman vasta, kun näytimme heille tulvivasta kylpyhuoneesta videon. Huoneen ovi oli niin turvonnut, että se oli hankala saada kiinni. Yöllä puhelin soi klo 3.30 ja uudestaan klo 4.43. Kun kysyimme aamulla, miksi puhelimemme soi keskellä yötä, lupasivat selvittää, mutta eivät koskaan palanneet asiaan, joten varmuuden vuoksi irrotimme puhelimen seinästä. Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja lentokenttäkuljetus mahtava juttu maahan saapuessa! 27h matkustamisen jälkeen todella arvostaa, että joku on sinua vastassa. Aamupala on hyvä. Sänky natisi niin paljon, että aina heräsi, kun toinen käänsi kylkeä. Ei todellakaan ole 5 tähden hotelli, pikemminkin 3 tähteä, maksimissaan 4 tähteä. Remontoimalla tämän hotellin saisi upeaan loistoon! Sijainti on todella hyvä ja kävelymatkan päässä on paljon ravintoloita ja Kutan ranta. Kuntosali on kompakti, mutta toimiva. Complimentaryhieronta on ihana!"

"The hotel's location is inconvenient, on a one-way street requiring long taxi detours, which is problematic with Bali's heavy traffic. Walking is also difficult due to busy roads and poor sidewalks. The hotel itself doesn’t offer much, so you’ll likely want to leave often. The rooms are decent but not great. The air conditioning blowing ice-cold air even when set to the warmest temperature. For the price, better options are available. Hotel pricing for food and services is high. Advertised as having a playground and a children's pool, the reality was disappointing. The playground was a small room behind the smoking area, with no separate ventilation, so smoke easily filled the space. There was no dedicated children's pool, only a shallow section of the main pool, which looked dirty. The courtyard was also not stroller-friendly. We complained about the smoke and the lack of a proper children's pool, as these didn’t match the description. When we asked to shorten our stay from six to four nights, the hotel refused to change the booking after check-in, forcing us to find other accommodations while still paying for this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you do book, make separate reservations to allow for easier cancellation."
