Overall a nice experience. Customer service desk was prompt and professional. Breakfast crew had a nice layout. Room was clean and fairly quiet. Nearby where I wanted to go for a concert.

The pictures that are posted are NOT the hotel at ALL!!! Sheets were stained & dirty & I had to get new sheets & make the bed. The towels were stained. We stayed 3 nights & the room wasnât cleaned & garbage was not emptied. The hotel had an odor and was not clean. The outside door wasnât even locked, ...
