”Breakfast was great and the staff were great but I had a broken Window in my room.”

”The room was really nice! Loved the kitchenette feature! The amenities were also very nice. The breakfast was amazing great and cooked fresh! The only thing I disliked about this hotel was the fact that the lobby smelled like "wet dogs" everyday! Very unpleasant smell first thing in the morning for breakfast!”

”Room smell like mildew because of the cabinets that hold the refrigerator. I thought it was the refrigerator but they switched it and still smelled. The cabinets was also breaking apart on the floor. All the food and drink smelled like mildew that I put in refrigerator. When I arrived I was told I would have to pay $400 extra for accidentals, but after I asked why they changed it to $200. I was told it wasn’t much they could do because I booked through third party. Overall my stay was a 3/5”

”Clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. The ceiling throughout the bathroom/kitchen area had water damage, which I don't attribute to a cleanliness issue but instead a maintenance issue. The shower water took 4 or 5 minutes to heat up, however it did eventually get hot. Only one of the two elevators worked, and it was pretty slow. Front desk staff never seemed too eager to assist and weren't overly friendly, though certainly not rude. The housekeepers were all very friendly and welcoming!...
