âThe hotel management could be more careful about making sure the room is properly equipped.
Blankets, drinking cups, hairdryer, iron, reading lamp, etc. None of these were in the room upon arrival. Television did not work correctly or did the remote.
Staff was friendly and accommodated us by request.â

âHouse was clean and warm and inviting on arrival. Everything as expected. Had a great time at the Great Wolf Lodge with the rest of the family and the birthday boy. Our second time here and would highly recommend. We hope to be back again sometime!â

âThe bed was great. The rest was clean but nothing special, typical hotel. Staff was in sight but not particularly friendly or welcoming. Parking in back had a Lott of construction materials in parking spaces.â

âThe property was amazing! We had so much fun. All amenities that were listed were there! The bedrooms were spread out (master on first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs), which made it easy for people to do separate activities and not be bothered. Thanks to the hosts!!! Definitely would recommend. â
