”Manager was very accommodating, if we needed help no matter the time he was there to help in a quick and finely manner. Help was always offered ! Friendly ! Cares about who is staying here. Clean ! Great place. Was only here to stay one night and ended up staying over a week !”

”This property needs a serious update. The property looks tired. Attempted to use the fitness room and it was dirty and much of the equipment was unusable. The pool and jacuzzi were closed and looked disgusting. The common areas and room felt unclean ”

” This place has been renovated very nicely. It is seven minutes from Wachusett Mountain and there are nice eating options in the area. We went to Blueprint restaurant and it was good. ”

”Overall nice and cozy place. Very good beds and I loved they had real duvet covers. Also I appreciated the water fountain. I think that paper plates and plastic utensils were out of place. Anyhow the breakfast quality was good. The staff was ok, but definitely not friendly. Never said good morning etc. So I didn’t feel welcomed to this hotel. (We spent 3 nights.) Backyard view to the hill was stunning! ”

”A very well maintained resort with a lot of entertainment for kids. Friendly staff. The water park was very clean, it was warm enough (both water and air), and it was relatively big for an indoor place with many slides for all ages. We did not try the other activities (which were a bit pricey), since we spent most of the time at the water park (which is included in the room price). The lodge provides many alternatives for dining. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Nice arcade too! ”

”Terry is a wonderful host and she prepares delicious breakfasts. The home is charming and it sits on a lake with a view of Mount Monadanock. There is a fridge stocked with soft drinks, wine and beer (complimentary). There is a TV room. Terry prepares a nice mid-afternoon snack. We think it is the best B & B.”
