Two ground-floor bedrooms: the bright master bedroom with a large window opening onto the garden, furnished with a 160 cm bed and a spacious closet, and a second bedroom with a very comfortable 140 cm sofa bed that can also serve as a workspace. A spacious living room with a dining table and a TV area (free high-speed Wi-Fi and satellite). Two large windows open onto different parts of the terrace and garden.



The mezzanine offers 2 beds suitable for children, but not for those under 8 years old. It is secured by a barrier, but you must be very careful when going down the stairs.



A separate bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink, and towel warmer. Separate WC.



The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo, classic filter coffee maker), open to a large living room with a full-height glass wall.
