”Every sheet, pillow or blanket had a stain or rip. Found a cockroach on first night. Bathroom was leaking so they switched rooms. Right next to the room with the leak. So I can hear the water dropping all night”

”I like the closeness to Disney. I didn’t like the super thin door, wall and window. I kept thinking the window as open that’s how thin they were.”

”Avoid this place at all costs first off the room smell like nicotine the bed looked like a 5-year-old had done it and the room just plain look dirty when I went to the front reception guy I asked him if he had another room because the one we got smelled like cigarettes he gave me another room same thing literally next door to the one we had originally got smelled like cigarettes the bed look like someone just got out of it by that time I was already irritated when I went to ask if I can get a...

”Bad - Property is very dated, carpet is very dirty in the halls and rooms, wallpaper peeling off the walls, doors all scratched up and bashed up, horrible musty smell as you come off the elevator on floor 3. Had to get the room key reactived pretty much every day. Good - beds were clean, very white linens, towels super white. No bed bugs, free Disney shuttle if you need it, breakfast was typical breakfast, room for breakfast had lots of space.”

”There was food in the mini fridge that had spoiled left from a previous guest, I had to let one of the cleaning ladies know, didn’t open the fridge it made the room smell bad. Other than that, no need for so many mirrors and a tv in the lounge area would be better than a mirror. Good beds clean rooms, there were no extra sheets for the pull out bed and the matresss for that was a bit yellow. We decided not to bother with it.”

”the first night was absolutely horrible we had to move rooms in middle of night do to someone smoking weed and our room filling up with there smoke. the man that night working was quick to move us after I suggested he just move us. Parking was horrible. rooms were clean but there was pretty much nothing in them are bed didnt even have a fitted sheet on it. The rooms had very thin walls and you could pretty much hear everything. if your counting on the breakfast don't very little and not good....
