”Room was very well done. Very comfortable king bed. It was clean, quiet, and quaint. Walking distance from everything. All my wife and did was walk around and we enjoyed every moment. Staff and concierge were extremely helpful and accommodating - it was perhaps the best part of the hotel. They never said no. I will definitly come back here when I revisit.”
”Wonderful location and the staff was very helpful. The apt was clean and very nice. Everything worked and the water pressure was spectacular. We also loved the air conditioning in the rooms since we were there during a heat wave. ”
”When we arrived, we met the owner who informed us that we were getting an upgrade and then were ushered into this unbelievable suite with 700 year old painted walls, beautiful furnishings, and lots of space. We had an issue with the transport to the hotel and the lovely receptionist went out of her way to assist in resolving the issue as well as arranging a taxi to the train station. Best hotel experience ever. Highly recommend. ”

”My family & I had a lovely time in Florence. The apartment was modern, comfortable, & smartly designed. It was ideally situated within walking distance of Il Duomo & other city attractions. We would definitely return on a future trip.”

”Communication went very well with quick responses from team! They were flexible and friendly about check-in, shared local tips and a delight to have as hosts. The hotel is in the middle of things, it is a delight to walk into the street and see the Duomo every morning, while Dell´Academia is a stones throw away. The recommended breakfast and pastry place over the street Ricardo we visited every morning for their wonderful pastries and savoury croissants. We had some more help with baggage...

"Hotellin sijainti loistava ja henkilökunta ystävällistä! Huoneemme tv käynnistyi joka yö itsestään, mikä oli hieman hämmentävää. Huoneeseen kuului myös melko hyvin käytävältä äänet. Hotellin kattoterassi oli upea! "
