5 Terre - Lerici - Casa sul Golfo

We are located in the village of Serra, just a 15-minute walk from Lerici. Casa sul Golfo, on the first floor and accessible by only two flights of stairs, overlooks the square with a playground and is perfect for families. Upon entering, you’ll find a charming hallway leading to a new, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary accessories. The kitchen window opens onto lush greenery. To the right, there’s a cozy double bedroom with stunning sea views and beautifully restored original furnishings. Next door is a twin room where the beds can be joined if needed, also with a window offering the same breathtaking sea view. A modern bathroom with a spacious shower and wall-mounted fixtures completes the property. As with many older buildings, the drains here can be sensitive. Please avoid letting sand go down the shower drain.



The north/southwest orientation, windows in every room, and thick stone walls keep the house pleasantly cool and breezy—no air conditioning needed.



Downstairs, you’ll find a grocery store with fresh bread, homemade pies, and local products. Casa sul Golfo does not have private parking, but there are free public parking lots at both entrances to the village.



Serra is a place where children still play in the streets and squares, where mornings begin with coffee at the bar and a chat with lifelong neighbors. The village welcomes you with peace and, why not, a good aperitif with a sea view after a long day.
