”As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers.
The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. The ski room is practical with heated lockers, but lockers are not secured and there is no visible surveillance. The...

”Michael was great from beginning till the end of our stay. We stayed for 3 nights with our daughter and loved the fact that she had an actual bed to sleep in, not pull out sofa so that was a big plus. We had a nice balcony, room was small but very clean and cozy with great bedding and towels. I loved that our hallway had tea corner with mugs and kettle to boil water. Breakfast was light but good with indoor and outdoor seating, wish there were more fresh fruits and veggies. Overall this hotel...
