”Located in a neighbourhood with lots of construction work and shady streets, brisk walk to downtown restaurants. Food court next door is a plus. Hotel is of modern four class style, room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and cheerful. Had to change room once due to noises from loading ramp. Strangely, plumbing noisy on first floor, can hear liquid flowing both within 1st floor rooms and even while waiting for the elevator in the lobby.”

”Onze eerste nacht hadden we een (te)kleine kamer wat de volgende dag meteen opgelost werd door Erwan met een prachtige ruime hoekkamer. Het personeel maakt dit hotel!! Of het nu Amande, Olivier, Jules, Yann, Yonnick, weet niet alle namen maar ze waren allemaal even geweldig!! ”I spent 6 nigts at Appart'hôtel Victoria Garden in Bordeaux to participate in a course at the university. Facilities at the were fairly new, nice and neat. I could also control the temperature (heating) in my room. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful, although I had to ask on two consecutive days for a smoke detector to my room as there was only an empty base left on the ceiling. I recommend the hotel to anyone who does not need 24 hour reception service.”
