Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a stay as a couple, with family, or among friends.

• 1st bedroom: double bed (140), bedside tables, wardrobe.

• 2nd bedroom: double bed (140) + single bed (90) and wardrobe.

Everything is within walking distance: shops, market, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy...

• 500 m from the ferry landing stage, which takes you to the main beach and the Promenade.

• 7 min walk from the Chaume quay and its restaurants.

• 8 min by bike from Paracou beach.

• 8 min by car from the city centre and SNCF train station.

• Departure: by 10 AM at the latest

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge.

End-of-stay cleaning, bed and toilet linen included.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

Please:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish

• Gather used laundry in the entrance

👉 Supplement if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for arrival

• Digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, type of coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
