Bright and cosy house, ideally located in the Roses district in Les Sables-d'Olonne.

Capacity: up to 7 people.



At only 1300 m from the Presidents' beach, close to shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher's) and activities.



The house consists of:

Bedroom 1: 3 sleeping spaces (3 single beds, including 1 bunk bed)

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed

Annex: 1 double bed shower

Living room with large sofa, coffee table, TV

Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker Dolce Gusto

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
