ROSE Holidays offers you this single-storey house recently renovated, located in a quiet neighbourhood of Sables-d'Olonne.

Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 5 people.



A simple and user-friendly setting for a 100% relaxation stay!



The accommodation consists of:

A lovely cosy lounge with TV and WIFI and dining area, decorated with care for a warm atmosphere.

A new and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to prepare your meals.

Three comfortable bedrooms:

Two bedrooms with double bed (140 cm)

One bedroom with single bed (90 cm)

A newly renovated bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, heated towel rail and washing machine.



Exterior:

A lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors and spending pleasant summer evenings.
