This two-storey house can accommodate up to 9 people and is fully equipped to ensure that you enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.



With its peaceful, sunny, fenced garden, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!



On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a large entrance hall with a separate toilet, two lounges, one with TV, WiFi, coffee tables and sofas, and a spacious dining room with table and chairs for enjoying a good meal.

The living room opens directly onto the terrace and garden.

A fully-equipped adjoining kitchen: oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc.

A fully-equipped shower room: shower cubicle, towel rail, hairdryer and washbasin with storage unit.



On the night side, there are two large bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a 140cm bed and a chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Upstairs, on the landing, you will find a study and separate WC, a third bedroom with a 140cm bed and a fourth bedroom with three 90cm single beds, bedside tables and shelving.

A fully-equipped shower room with shower cubicle, towel rail, hairdryer and washbasin with storage unit.



The garden is ideally located at the rear of the house, in a quiet, fully enclosed area. Ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach or enjoying a barbecue on a warm summer's evening! Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue are available.
