House with a floor located in a quiet area, in the Grands Riaux district, 2 km from the Grande Plage of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Capacity: up to 6 people.



Living room with TV, WiFi, two sofas, armchair, coffee table, dining area with table and chairs.

Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee makers (filter Nespresso), dishwasher.



Night side:

Ground floor: 1 bedroom with 140 bed, storage, adjoining bathroom (bathtub, basin, furniture, towel dryer, hairdryer). Independent WC.

First floor (accessible via the garage): 1 bedroom with 140 bed, 1 bedroom with 140 sofa bed. Shower room (shower, basin, towel dryer). Travel cot. Independent WC.



Exterior: enclosed garden facing South with furniture, parasol, sun loungers, gas barbecue.

Garage with washing machine and cleaning supplies. Parking in front of garage or free on the street.



7 minutes by bike from the city centre, the train station and the Grand Beach.

8 minutes by bike from the fishing port, bars and restaurants.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
