Large family and functional house, ideally located in the lively Arago neighbourhood, just a stone's throw from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Perfect house for family holidays or trips with friends, able to accommodate up to 7 people.



Composition of the Accommodation

Large kitchen-living-lounge space open to the outdoor terrace, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, Wifi, and dining table for 8 people.

Open and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker.

Ground floor: shower room with shower, washbasin unit, towel dryer, hairdryer and WC.

Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140), one bedroom with three single beds (90).

Bathroom upstairs: bathtub, washbasin, storage unit, towel dryer, hairdryer, WC.

Baby bed available.

Garden and large quiet terrace, fully enclosed, with garden furniture, electric plancha, outdoor shower.

Stay Times

Arrival: from 4 PM (not before)

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your autonomous arrival

Your digital welcome booklet, containing: accommodation operation, Wi-Fi, type of coffee maker, parking tips bin information
