”The room was newly refurbished, good standard, bright, modern, all the basics, plenty of power points with built in usb ports. The staff were helpful, friendly and tried hard. They were let down by outside contractor not fitting a new boiler properly so it took time before the hot water was fixed. Letsface it , Yarmouth has a lot of old crumbly hotels that need a lot of work. While overall the Hotel looks dated they are doing up the rooms. It is a bit hit and miss but you're not paying much so...

”The area around the hotel car park is a little scruffy but don't let it put you off. The welcome from Reception was warm and it was nice to be shown to my room. The room was well appointed but, once again, lacked attention to detail! One of the light bulbs over the mirror wasn't working and, initially, I couldn't get the tv to work.
