”Amazing accommodation in the Shepherds Hut which we used as our home from home base for the 5 days whilst exploring North Norfolk.
All the staff are brilliant and breakfast was a treat every morning to start the day.

”The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away.
My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.”
”Great place to stay with dogs. Nice rooms and a kitchen. They also provide EV Car charging which I took advantage of for £20/day. This property does not come up on the Hotels.com search filter for EV charging locations. ”
”perfect for a relaxing weekend, for food we went to the waitrose which wasn’t far about 15 mins in the car and there was a bar/ cafe and fish and chips 20 mins down the beach.

”Wonderfully refurbished and decorated apartment fitted with everything we needed. Nice touch having a selection of bathroom & kitchen essentials for the unprepared traveler.
Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Location is amazing for Cromer attractions.”
”Fabulous location overlooking the market place with convenient free parking options. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Aylsham is a gorgeous place to visit and the unique ships, range of restaurants and warm welcome from the people who live and work there have left a really positive and heart warming impression on me. I’ll definitely be returning and look forward to seeing the new developments there as it really is a place that’s growing and developing. ”

”Fabulous property. Gorgeous decor. Loved the big sofas to relax in. Liked the art work on the walls. Great to have magazines to read with complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits/ cake.Very good breakfast.

Only "gripes" are - four poster bed is a *little* small, it's the equivalent of a small double bed. Also, the shower doesn't have much power.
It's an older, historical property, so do factor that into a stay.
As highlighted above though, the staff were brilliant, and the (included) breakfast was sublime.

”Lovely room. Ours was at the top, it was a hot night and heat rises! We did have the windows open but it’s quite a busy road so lots of road noise. The blind also let in a lot of light too and if light sensitive there was a bright green light shinning in the ceiling. Bed very comfortable as were the pillows. Restaurant packed and the food was good. I had the roast and my husband had the mutton curry - huge potions. Staff very helpful and smiley but rushed off their feet. ”
”This was one of the most unique places I have ever stayed. A beautiful, well equipped room with a great view of the marshes. We stayed on a Sunday and booked a hamper for tea. It was so delicious! I highly recommend Cley Windmill as a great place to stay in a lovely place\
